Headquartered in Northern California, SPS provides training programs and support publications, pre-employment background investigation services, expert witnesses (defense only), and other personnel consulting services exclusively to governmental agencies across the U.S..
System for Public Safety is not a governmental agency, but our client base is almost exclusively local and state agencies. Our services are not available to the general public.
